Essential Job Duties:
Responsible for managing various timelines involved to ensure all Pre-Implementation set up tasks are completed before the go-live date for a new customer
Set up all aspects of data and 3rd party integrations
Participate in conference calls with the customer and other teams involved with the set up
Communicate with the customer via email and phone during the entire set up process
Work with 3rd party vendors in order to set up various integration points using web-based desktop-sharing technology
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in SQL Server, MS Excel, Access reported by customers and internal employees during the Pre-Implementation Setup and during the Implementation as quickly as possible
Create, modify and troubleshoot SQL DTS packages, SSIS packages, Store Procedures and jobs
Convert, manipulate and scrub larges volumes of data in various formats, in SQL Server 2000/2005, MS Excel and Access
Maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction with exceptional customer service, technical and consultative skills, and acquired knowledge of the product
