• Minimum 4+ years of current full time .Net development experience using VB.Net or C# .Net
• Strong Experience with MS SQL 2000/2005 
• Experience with XML, XSL, XSLT, SOAP (Web Services)
• Any .NET 2.0 and / or .NET 3.0 (WCF, WPF, WWF) experience is highly beneficial.
• Any AJAX and/or Silverlight knowledge or experience is highly beneficial
• Proficient using Java Script
