Position: Graphic/HTML Designer
DealerSocket is an award winning fast growing technology company building configurable web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for the automotive industry. We are looking for a candidate with experience working as a Graphic/Web Designer who would like to join our Marketing Team to help create web and print based campaings. This is a great opportunity for someone with great design skills to work with an award winning company.
Applicants need to be local and able to come into the office on a daily basis to work with the other designers as part of a team. This position reports to the Creative Director.
Skills:
Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, Email Marketing Standards, Analytics and Print Production
Knowledge of A/B testing tools and programming requirements for email marketing
Ability to work in a collaborative environment on simultaneous projects
Proven history of creating original, innovative and strategically sound web and print solutions for clients
Expert knowledge of Adobe CS5
Create and maintain the look and feel of various media pushing to achieve the highest quality possible within the technical limitations
Able to follow direction, and process artistic and technical feedback in order to create unique design solutions
Qualifications:
2 years experience with Graphic Design, HTML, CSS
Knowledge of basic print/web design principles
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Be able to conceptualize, present and execute design concepts within a tight schedule.

Fuctions:
Design and produce professional email campaigns in accordance with current email and web standards
Collaborate with internal Art Department to ensure your designs are consistent with
corporate branding initiatives.
Attend to multiple projects and meet all production schedule deadlines associated with the projects
Create website graphics for home page, department/category and other landing pages to align with corporate and online goals. Repurpose graphics for online and print campaigns
(email, affiliate, retargeting ad campaigns, social media sites, print catalog, etc.).
Update existing creative designs and copy to reflect current campaigns
Creating email campaigns that convert
Support the development of our client based email initiatives and drive results
Contribute to a consistently high standard of user-centered design across products
Perform other MARCOM tasks as directed and assigned

Education:
BS/BA in Computer Science/Communications or related(foreign equivalent acceptable)
