Automotive Service Advisor or Service Manager

DealerSocket is an award winning fast growing technology company building configurable web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for the automotive industry. We are looking for a candidate with experience working as a Service Advisor or Service Manager who would like to join a team of developers to help define features, functions, screens, and workflow in DealerSocket’s best in class Service CRM module. This is a great opportunity for someone with automotive service experience to get out of the daily grind and learn new skills by working with a vendor on technology solutions that will benefit all service departments.

Education

• BS/BA in Computer Science/Computer Engineering (foreign equivalent acceptable)

Experience

• Excellent written communications
• Ability to communicate effectively with development team
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements document that will be used to develop software
• Applicants need to be local and able to come into the office in San Clemente on a daily basis to work with the team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment

Qualifications

3+ Years Experience as a Service Advisor or Service Manager in the Automotive Industry working with at least one of the following DMS Systems ADP or Reynolds and Reynolds or DealerTrack DMS
