POSITION TITLE
Program Management Director

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Developing DealerSocket’s strategy and plan for the Minority Dealer and Women Retail Business
• Leading overall growth strategies within the DealerSocket Minority Dealer and Women Retail Business channels to increase sales, loyalty, and retention metrics
• Developing DealerSocket’s strategy, plan and framework for how we partner with the key industry influencers, industry consultants and state/local dealer associations
• Managing and cultivating the relationships with the key industry influences/industry consultants
• Collaborating with key DealerSocket stakeholders such as Sales, Product Marketing and Customer Support to align resources to achieve profitability, solution penetration, customer satisfaction, referring deals, collaborating in demos, and establishing rapport with sales reps
• Partnering with DS HR to drive internal and external Diversity and Inclusion strategies through the engagement with national, diversity and community organizations
• Acts as a D&I subject matter expert by contributing perspective, insights, and knowledge, and taking a balanced consultative and systemic approach to enable the organization to capitalize on D&I for success through strategic and tactical/operational execution.
• Recognize and respond to regional needs by providing tailored strategies and solutions to enable appropriate cultural awareness and change.
• Represent DealerSocket in diversity strategy efforts, ensuring awareness, involvement, and contributions as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree / Advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of sales, marketing and new business development experience 
• 10+ years of automotive industry experience
• Experience working with the automobile manufacturers/car companies (OEM)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategy and improvement opportunities.
• Strong program and project management skills, and ability to operationalize and scale programs.
• Consistently and effectively leads project management and creative program development across a variety of mediums.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and ambiguity.
• Attention to detail and a highly organized, process-focused aptitude are required to manage the variety of responsibilities and deliverables.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategy and improvement opportunities.
• Experience and credibility as a leader in an environment where the ability to influence, work across a complex matrix, and build relationships is critical.
• Influences others without direct authority to achieve solutions to meet organization’s objectives, and is proactive in providing solutions, resolving issues and overcoming hurdles to results. Effectively collaborates with partners to resolve.
• Ability to motivate, influence and optimize senior leadership, stakeholders and peer groups.
• A highly effective communicator with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas, concepts, and proposals to engage team, peers, and management.
