The primary responsibility of this position is to provide technical support to internal employees, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, perform break/fix tasks, computer imaging, receiving and processing calls/tickets.


• Provide Tier I/other support per request from various constituencies.  Investigate and troubleshoot issues
• Setup new users including imaging new systems, installing software applications, managing AD users
• Setup, deploy, manage and troubleshoot Mac and Windows products onsite and remotely
• Maintain LAN/WAN and troubleshoot/resolve technical LAN/WAN problems
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
• Assist with creating and maintaining Knowledge Base articles
• Manage and develop relationships with vendors
• Prioritize and track projects/tickets in ServiceNow 
• Create and maintain detailed documentation
• Other duties as required


Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in technical field or relevant experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support function
• Experience with MS Office, Office 365, MS Exchange, Active Directory
• Experience with Microsoft Windows 10, Server 2012r2/2016/2019, MacOS 10.14+
• Experience with SSLVPN (GlobalProtect, FortiClient) 
• Experience with Virtualization (Hyper-V)
• Experience with routers and switches a plus

Required Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve technical issues at a Tier 1 level. 
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to balance solo or team projects with ticket-based response work. 
• Ability to independently research 3rd party vendors to implement solutions for the business

Physical Demands (Travel, Etc.):

• Ability to work at nights during maintenance windows 
• Ability to lift/carry computer equipment as needed
• Physical ability to connect power and networking cables as needed, under desks, standing on ladders, etc
