DealerSocket is proud to partner with the Digital Dealer Conference to offer the following educational session presented by our very own David Druzynski. For more information on this session, please click here.
When a relationship with an employee turns sour, it can be difficult to know whether to try and salvage the relationship or terminate it. If you act impulsively and fire someone on the spot, you’re putting your dealership at risk of a lawsuit. But if you’re indecisive and fail to fire a bad apple that you should have, it can suck the life out of your culture, put you at risk for lost business and even bring about a negligent retention lawsuit.
David Druzynski is VP of People and Culture at DealerSocket. David has multiple years of practical HR experience, having conducted thousands of interviews and employee investigations, and has extensively studied the science of body language and deception. He has been trained by former military interrogators and brings those lessons to this session. David holds both SPHR and SHRM-SCP Certifications and serves on the Board of Trustees for Make-A-Wish of Northeastern New York.
